This Sip & Shop is all about shopping happy, dressing happy, and living happy. Together we’re giving gently loved boutique pieces a second wave of life—while supporting women of all ages in feeling confident, empowered, and beautiful. Thank you for flowing with our mermaid-minded community and helping us turn fashion into feel-good impact 💙

 

🧜♀️ Vendor & Consignee Rules

Tickets & Vendor Numbers

• All vendors will receive tickets and vendor numbers by mail prior to the event.

Pricing & Tagging

• All clothing MUST be clean, unwrinkled, ticketed and priced before arrival.

• Size tags will be available on-site — please arrive early if needed.

Setup Time

• Vendor setup is 8:00–11:30 AM

• Clothing must be hung on black velvet hangers (ours or your own).

Accepted Items

• Gently enjoyed boutique-style clothing (all styles welcome)

• Official Mermaid Gear

• Jewelry

• Purses in great condition

• Belts (all sizes welcome)

Not Accepted

• ❌ Footwear

• ❌ Undergarments

💰 Vendor Fee Options

 

• 5–10 items:

$20 consignee fee + 20% of sales

• Best Option – 10+ items:

$30 consignee fee + 20% of sales

(Recommended to guarantee excellent visibility and sales)

 

✨ Vendors keep 80% of all consignment sales!

• Commission covers advertising, taxable product handling, staffing, shopping bags, and a community donation to a Women’s Empowerment Shelter.

 

🧜♀️ Vendor Add-Ons

 • Vendors may rent mannequins, tables, jewelry holders, and specialty racks for a minimal fee.

• All rental fees go directly toward our community donation fund.

🌊 End-of-Event Options

• Pick up unsold items at the end of the event OR

• Donate remaining items to a Women’s Empowerment Center, helping women of all ages dress happy and confidently.

🛍️ Shopper Rules

• Guests may purchase as many items as they like

• Cash is preferred

• 💙 Cash purchases receive a FREE pair of earrings

(Retail value $12–$20)

• Vendors may shop at the same time as guests

• No fee to shop

• Guests are welcome to donate a single item with no fee

 NOTE: We’ve been asked why there’s a small sign-up fee for Sea Siren Sip & Style, and we want to share the why 💙

This isn’t just a closet clean-out — it’s a community experience.

Your fee helps us cover:

✨ Advertising to bring in serious shoppers

✨ Displays, bags, and styling tools

✨ And most importantly… giving back

 

A portion of proceeds will be donated to a Women’s Empowerment Center, supporting women of all ages as they step into confidence and self-worth.

🔱And because community means everyone — men’s clothing will be donated to Walt’s Closet, helping local men in need.
